Over Spring Break, I went to Elmo Jam and took pictures of The Unagoons's practice session and performance. Featuring James Beall, Ben Stone, and Jordan Vanderhoek, all three of them are very good friends of mine and I'm so glad I got to hang out with them and watch them play in private before the performance. I wish I could've gotten some better pictures of them during their performance but it was very dark and I did not have a proper lens for the occasion. Despite the poor quality pictures, the quality of their sounds was immense. All three of them are very good musicians and I hope that they can continue to master their skill and be able to use them later in life.

I also took my friends down to Dana Point over break. The first time I went up there, I went with my friends Isaiah Borden and Erik. We hiked on one of the trails they have available and later decided to go down to the water. A large portion of the beach is covered with rocks and it is so beautiful there. Later, we went to Dennys and enjoyed some midday breakfast. Dana Point is one of my favorite spots and I'm glad I got to explore it over break.

I also spent some time with my boyfriend Jordan over break. We went to Target and picked out a Lego set to build at his house on Monday and then on Tuesday we drove up to Dana Point and spent a portion of the day walking the trail and beach just spending quality time together and looking at the rocks. The shore has many smooth rocks with layers and so much detail. There were also many tiny shells scattered along the shore. One thing I found very interesting was that when the waves rolled back into the ocean, you could hear the rocks moving at it made a very cool sound. I had a lot of fun with Jordan at the beach and I hope I'll be able to go back there with him again in the future.

Here is a short video clip of us on the trail looking out at the water (don't mind the smudge and shakiness).

I took my friend Kira Ortiz up to Dana Point as well but forgot to take pictures while we were there. I did get a beautiful picture of her in the Canyon before we left though. She lives in the Canyon and it was raining that day so the riverbed was full of water.
